Refund & Return Policy

We’re David and Evan, a father and son who hand-pour and hand-tie every bait at Grass Line Baits. We want you happy with what you bought, and if you’re not, we want to hear about it.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return items that are unused and still in their original, unopened packaging. Here’s the one catch with soft plastics: once a bag is opened, we can’t resell it, so we can’t take opened soft plastics back just because you changed your mind.

If something’s wrong with a bait
That’s different. If a bait has a pour defect, tears out of the bag, is the wrong color, or isn’t what you ordered, email us and we’ll send a replacement or give you a refund. You won’t need to send it back first. A photo helps us figure out what went wrong and fix it.

How to start a return

1.  Email david@grasslinebaits.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

2.  We’ll reply with the go-ahead.

3.  Ship it to: 4510 old farm circle se Huntsville Alabama 36802

Please email us before you send anything back. That way we know it’s coming.

Return shipping
If you’re returning something you just didn’t need, you cover the return shipping. If the mistake was ours (wrong item, defect, or damage), we cover it.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we look it over, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded unless the mistake was ours.

Exchanges
Want a different color or size instead? Just say so in your email. When we get the unopened item back, we’ll ship the swap out.

Hook packs and bundles
Hook packs and bundles follow the same rules: unopened, within 30 days.
