Free shipping on every order of $35 or more. Under $35, standard shipping is a flat $4.99.

Hey, we're David and Evan, a dad and son in Huntsville, Alabama. Every bait we sell is hand-poured or hand-tied by us, in small batches. Here's how we get your order to you.

When your order ships
Since we make everything ourselves, please give us 2–4 business days to pour, pack, and ship your order. If something's running behind, we'll email you so you're not left wondering.

Shipping options and costs
Standard Shipping (orders under $35): $4.99
Free Shipping (orders $35 and up): FREE
Express: $15.00

The free option shows up at checkout once your order subtotal hits $35. You'll see the shipping options and prices before you pay.

How long it takes
Once your order ships, Standard and Free orders usually arrive within a few business days, and Express gets there faster. These are estimates, not promises, since carriers sometimes run behind, especially around holidays. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our hands.

Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't ship outside the U.S. right now.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package shows up damaged, or tracking says delivered and it isn't there, email us at david@grasslinebaits.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, and a photo if anything arrived damaged. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away, and if we haven't shipped yet, we'll fix it. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we'll reship it once you cover the new postage.
